It wasn’t unusual to get a call Sunday about an outbreak requiring a deep clean so a business could reopen Monday. While it sounds impossible, our approach has always been about all hands on deck. Our clients depend on us to keep their facility open and operational. In one instance we had a call to do an urgent clean for a plant at Pickering. While the team were en route they get a call advising a second location at Lindsay also needing a deep-clean.
Despite the distance both plants were thoroughly sanitised and open for business the next morning. It was 4:30am before the SFM teams left, but as they were exiting they got the hand shake from the employees arriving for work. The smiles said it all. Job well done.
