Recently a client advised they had a building which needed half of it prepared for the next trade to arrive.

Upon checking records it was apparent that Standard FM only managed half of the complex. It was clear that the work involved deep-cleaning floors that were as black as night. These floors had to be cleared and prepped for the next trade to arrive. Our team set to work and despite the difficulty achieved an outstanding result. We know it was outstanding because the building owner contacted us and asked if the second half half of the building could also be prepped by our team. It was satisfying and terrifying at the same time.

While we always love a referral, completing both projects in the time allowed was challenging. Needless to say the crews worked over-time to get both halves of the building looking like new.
